Mr Glenn Gillis, the principal of Building Dilapidations Pty Ltd has been in the building industry since 1965 and has been operating his own building consultancy business for the past 26 years, giving valuable advice to thousands of clients. To keep at the cutting edge of his profession he attends regular seminars on various construction matters.
Mr.Gillis is a member of the board of management of The Institute of Building Consultants. As a leader in the Building Consultancy Industry Mr.Gillis has extensive knowledge of building construction encompassing a wide range of types of construction and building defects.
Detection of building faults, their cause and rectification is the specialized field that
Mr Gillis has practiced in for most of his career.
