Dilapidation survey reports are now an important part of the construction or demolition process.

Prior to building, demolition, or excavation works commencing it is essential that an accurate record of the condition of adjoining buildings and infrastructure be made. The report provides a benchmark to assess the extent of any damage that may have occurred as a result of construction or excavation works.

Dilapidation survey reports can be provided in several different forms.

Written reports include full colour, high megapixel digital photography, provided to you on a CD/DVD in PDF format. A video report may also be provided. All our reports are professionally presented.

You are able to zoom in or enlarge images as well as print from our CD copies of the report.

We are also able to supply a full colour printed and bound hard copy.

Each report is in writing and has extensive photography showing the buildings' defects and general areas that are likely to be effected by the proposed construction works.
