Each report is in writing and has extensive photography showing the buildings' defects and general areas that are likely to be effected by the proposed construction works.
Photography usually high resolution digital, however we can also provide a video recording upon request. Each photo has a caption describing accurately the defect in the photo.
Reports can be provided electronically or in hard copy.
